- 1 cup Fresh Cream
- 1¾ cup Dark Chocolate (chopped)
- 1 tsp Butter
- Take a saucepan and heat fresh cream in it. Allow it to boil.
- When it has boiled, remove it from the flame and put butter and chopped chocolate in it. Mix it well, to prepare smooth sauce.
- Now strain the sauce to remove the lumps from it.
- Your chocolate sauce is ready.
- Refrigerate it and use it as required.
