- 1 Custard Apple
- 500 gms Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 6 Meringue Nests (made up of egg white and sugar)
- Blend the custard apple flesh and lemon juice.
- Place the mixture in refrigerator until it sets.
- Fold the whipping cream into frozen custard apple.
- Keep in refrigerator again.
- Scoop the frozen mixture into balls and put it in meringue nests.
- Pour liquor over it and serve.
