- 200 gms Black Grapes
- 1 tsp Corn flour
- 2-1/2 tbsp Sugar
- Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1-2 drops Essence
- Wash and boil the grapes in water till soft.
- Cool and transfer the mixture in a mixie.
- Blend and then strain the mixture.
- Put it in a pan and add cornflour, sugar and water.
- Boil the preparation stirring it continuously.
- Simmer till it turns slightly thick.
- Add drops of essence and remove from the flame.
- Add lemon juice and stir.
- Grape Sauce is ready.
