Lebanese Garlic Sauce

- 4 Garlic Cloves, peeled
- 3 cup Olive Oil
- 1 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- Take a blender and put garlic cloves, lemon juice and salt in it. Blend till it becomes smooth.
- Now, pour olive oil in it and continue blending for 2 more minutes.
- Make sure the mixture is thick and white like salad dressing.
- Store it in refrigerator in a glass container and serve with sandwich.
