- 1 Roasted chicken
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 Cup orange juice
- 1/4 Cup red raspberry jelly
- Garlic powder
- Seasoned flour
- Take roasted chicken and shake it with seasoned flour in a bag.
- Use oil for browning.
- Put the chicken in baking dish and sprinkle with garlic powder. Skin side should be down.
- Blend limejuice, orange juice and jelly.
- Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Bake the dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- Turn and bake another side.
- Chicken Pierre is ready.
