Baked Olives With Orange & Bay
|Calories Per Serving:
- 1 large Orange
- 4 tbsp Extra-virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 clove Garlic (sliced into shards)
- 200g Provencal Black Olives (pitted)
- Take a baking tin and in put a large square foil.
- Cut two strips of zest from the orange.
- Mix all the ingredients along with orange juice.
- Wrap the foil and close it completely.
- Preheat the oven at 325 degree F and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
