Water Melon and Lychee Salad
|Calories Per Serving:
- 1/2 Watermelon
- 2 lbs Lychee
- 1/2 Lemon
- Rock Sugar (as per taste)
- Cut the watermelons into small cubes.
- Deseed and peel the skin of the lychees and cut them to small pieces.
- Dissolve a little amount of sugar in boiling water.
- Let the water cool and then add squeeze the lemon.
- Add the watermelon and lychee pieces and keep for chilling.
- Serve chilled.
