Ingredients:
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Soda
- 1 cup rolled Oats
- 1 cup whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4 cup reg. Flour
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Cloves
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 beaten Egg
- 1/2 tsp. Ginger
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a saucepan and melt half cup butter.
- Then, add one beaten egg and 1/4 cup molasses.
- After that you can add the liquid mixture to dry ingredients and mix it well.
- You should drop this mixture by teaspoon on greased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 375 degreesF for almost 10 minutes.
