|Calories Per Serving:
- 1 cup Beef (trimmed and sliced)
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 ½ tbsp Curry Paste
- ¾ cup Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- ½ cup Green Peas
- 1 each Red Chili Peppers (shredded)
- Heat the oil in a skillet and add the curry paste and stir.
- Add rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Cook for 10 minutes in reduced heat.
- Serve with steamed rice and garnish with chili.
