- 1 White Pomfret
- Vegetable Oil
- Slit both the sides of the promfret.
- Heat the oil in a skillet in medium heat.
- The oil should come till the sides of the fish.
- Turn the heat low and then add the pomfret.
- Deep fry each side and take care that it does not stick to the bottom.
- Fry in low flame for more crispiness.
