Suimono Clear Soup

- 3 cups Water
- 1 tbsp Instant Chicken Stock Cube
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- Pour water, chicken cube and soy sauce in a large pan.
- Heat the mixture well, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in small bowls.
- Top with 1 to 3 garnishes.
- For garnishing, you can use thinly sliced mushrooms, scallion strips, celery leaves, thinly sliced lemon or lime, thinly sliced carrot, strips of lemon or lime peel (without pith).
