- Ice Cubes
- 1 Strawberry
- 2 fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 tsp White Sugar
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 oz chilled Club Soda
- Put sugar and strawberry basil leaves into a cocktail shaker and mash well with a cocktail muddle.
- Add half of the ice to the cocktail shaker and place the rest into a tall glass.
- Pour in the lemon juice and gin, cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted.
- Strain it into the chilled glass over the ice, top with the club soda, and stir properly to serve.
