Chili Egg Spread

- 5 Egg Whites (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Green Peppers (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Walnuts (chopped)
- 8 oz Cheese
- 1/3 cup Chili Sauce
- Use a beater to cream the cheese.
- Blend in the nuts, pepper,onions, and sauce.
- Add egg whites and mix well.
- Serve as a snack on crackers or serve as a bread spread
