- 250 g Sugar
- 2 Coconuts (grated)
- 3 tsp Cardamom powder
- 4 tbsp Ghee
- Heat pure ghee in a khadhai
- When hot enough, add cardamom powder to it
- Next add coconut and sugar. Stir the mixture until it becomes thick and difficult to stir.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour the mixture in a plate and make ladoos
- Your coconut ladoos are ready!
