Healthy Palak Soup
- 1 medium size Potato
- 2 bunches of Spinach
- 1 tbsp Pepper Powder
- 150 g Bottle Gourd
- 1 tbsp of Fresh Cream
- Cut spinach and clean it properly. Blench it using some water.
- Cook the potato and bottle gourd in a pressure cook.
- Grind together boiled potato, bottle gourd and cooked spinach into a paste.
- Boil it in a pan and add salt and pepper powder.
- Garnish with cream and serve.
