- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 cup fresh Curd
- Salt to taste
- A few sprigs of Chives (Chhoti pyaz)
- 1 Onion
- Put curd in muslin cloth and remove the water.
- Pour the curd in a bowl.
- Beat it well for smooth consistency
- Finely chop all the vegetables
- Add all the finely chopped green chilies, cucumber, onion , chives and salt
