- 4-5 Ginsengs not dried (soosam)
- 20 Korean dried Dates (jujube)
- 17 cups Water
- Take a large pot or a vessel, add water and ginseng.
- Boil the water and simmer it for 4 hours.
- Remove ginseng from the water.
- Cut dates lengthwise and remove the seed out.
- Roll it and press it tightly, slice them and for garnishing put 2-3 on the tea.
- Serve hot. You can store it in a refrigerator and can drink as energizer by warming it.
- Ginseng tea or tea bags are available in Korean markets.
