- 1/2 kg Lamb heart (cut into small cubes)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Chili pepper (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Leave the lamb heart to marinate for 30 minutes and keep in refrigerator for another hour.
- Grill the marinated heart on the skewer for about 10 minutes on each side or until the center of meat turns pink and no red juices are evident.
