Mocha Soymilk Frappe
|Calories Per Serving:
- 2 tsp Powdered Instant Coffee
- 2 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ¼ cup Warm Water
- 2 cups Double-churned Vanilla Ice-cream
- ½ cup light Vanilla Soymilk
- 1 packet Stevia Extract
- Take a blender and put water, cocoa, coffee and Stevia extract. Cover the blender and process on low speed.
- Add soymilk and process on high speed until well blended. Add ice-cream and process until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
