Key Lime Curd

Recipe Type:	Non Veg.
Difficulty:	Easy

Ingredients:

• 2/3 cup Fresh Key Lime Juice
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1 tsp Key Lime Zest
• 3 Eggs
• 6 tbsp Butter

Cooking Instructions:

• Melt butter in a saucepan.
• Add sugar, lime juice, key lime zest and eggs.
• Whisk for fifteen minutes.
• Let it to cool, later pour into a vessel and chill.
• The curd will coagulate considerably.
• Serve.
