- 6 medium Cucumbers (grated)
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Coconut (scraped)
- In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
- Add grated cucumber, chopped green chillies, sugar, lemon juice and salt and mix all the ingredients well. Check the seasoning.
- Top it up with scraped fresh coconut and chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve chilled.
