Russian Egg Salad
- 6 Eggs (hard boiled)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Green Onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp Water
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Mustard (dry)
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Cut the hard boiled eggs into thin rounds.
- Sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
- Blend sugar, mustard and water to make a smooth paste.
- Mix it with garlic and mayonnaise and put it carefully on the sliced eggs.
- Garnish it with chopped onions.
