- 2 cup Rice (cooked)
- 2 tbsp Garlic (crushed)
- 2 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
- ¾ cup Cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp Almonds
- ¾ cup Fresh Coriander (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- ½ tsp Black Pepper (powdered)
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry garlic and chilies in it for a minute.
- Now, add the dry fruits and fry for a minute.
- Add rice and salt. Mix well.
- Sprinkle pepper and garnish it with coriander.
