Ingredients:
- 6 cups Watermelon (seeded and cubed)
- 4 cups Cucumber (cubed)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp White Sugar (optional)
- ½ cup Balsamic Vinegar
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a large mixing bowl and mix watermelon and cucumber cubes.
- Add salt and white sugar. Toss to gently blend the ingredients.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar and mix well to coat.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Toss again and serve.
