Italian Carrot And Peas Salad
- 1 cup Carrots (cooked)
- 1 cup Peas (cooked)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Cream (sour)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Mix mayonnaise and drained peas and carrots.
- Add lemon juice. Add garlic powder and paprika and toss. Fold in sour or whipped cream.
- Keep in refrigerator for about an hour.
- Serve it with macroni or asparagus
