Carrot Cucumber Salad
- 2 Carrots
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Yellow Moong Dal
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/4 cup Chana Dal
- 1/4 cup Corn (boiled)
- 1 Mango (raw)
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 pinch Salt
- Soak moong and channa dal for half an hour.
- Take a bowl and add grated carrot, cucumber and corn (boiled).
- Now add half grated raw mango.
- In a blender, mix soaked dals, grated mango and chillies.
- Spoon this paste to carrots and cucumber.
- Sprinkle salt and fresh lemon juice and serve it.
