- 250 g Wheat Flour
- ½ cup White or Brown Sugar
- 300 g Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- 1 tsp Black Cardamom Seeds
- ¼ tbsp Poppy Seeds
- ¼ cup Milk
- Knead the wheat with milk, water, sugar, cardamom seeds and 3 spoons of ghee.
- It should be semi-elastic.
- Form balls of the dough and roll into small chapatti shapes.
- Fry them in ghee until golden.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds.
- Serve with green tea (Qahva)
