- 150 g Rice (soaked overnight)
- 1 L Milk
- Few stigmas of Saffron (soaked in water)
- 2 Silver Leaves0
- 250 g Sugar
- Bring milk to a boil, and add rice to it.
- Add sugar when the rice is soft.
- Add saffron water to it after 10 minutes.
- Cover with silver leaves.
- Serve hot.
