- 2 tbsp Green Tea
- 4 cups Water
- 6 tbsp Sugar or Mild Honey
- 1/2 cup Packed Mint Leaves
- Boil the water in a saucepan.
- Tear and gently bruise the mint leave using a wooden spoon in a teapot, then add tea leaves, boiling water and sugar.
- Cover the teapot and keep for ten minutes before serving.
