- 1 cup Coconut (scraped)
- 1 cup Gram flour (Besan)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Ghee
- 2 3/4 cups Sugar
- In a pan, take coconut, sugar, gram flour, ghee and milk and cook on medium heat till thick.
- Stir continuously to avoid the milk from sticking on the bottom of the pan.
- When the mixture starts leaving the side of the pan, shift the contents into a greased plate (thali) and allow it to set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
