- 4 cups Water
- 2 Potatoes (cubed)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 bunch fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 4 ounces Cod Fillets (cubed)
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Pour water in a large saucepan and boil it over high heat.
- Add potatoes, onion and parsley.
- Cook the vegetables for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add fish and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
