Cauliflower Tomato Soup
- 1 cup fresh Cauliflower
- 10.75 oz can condensed Tomato Soup (undiluted)
- ¼ cup sliced Leek (white portion only)
- ¼ cup Celery (chopped)
- ½ cup frozen Peas
- 1 ¼ cups Water
- ¼ tsp Dill Weed
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter or Margarine
- Sauté leek, celery in butter in a saucepan until it gets tender.
- Now stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to boil over low heat.
- Cover and simmer for 12-16 min or till the vegetables get tender.
