- 2 (16 oz) fresh Baby Carrots
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
- 2 (1 oz) Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
- Take a saucepan, add water and toss in carrots. Boil (covered) for about 10 minutes in reduced heat; drain water and keep it aside.
- Add butter in the same pan, and then brown sugar and salad dressing mix and blend it well. Now add carrots and sauté & stir for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Serve it hot.
