Low Calorie Kalakand
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 80 g Fine Sugar
- 2 tsp Pistachio (chopped)
- Few Saffron Strands
- 200 g Home Made Paneer
- 250 g Fat Free Cream
- 200 g skim Milk Powder
- In a microwave, mix milk powder and cream; heat for 2 minutes and stir well.
- Add sugar and repeat for 6-7 times; allow it to cool down.
- Now add paneer, saffron strands and cardamom and stir well.
- Add cream in case the mixture is too thick.
- Before serving, garnish it with pistachio pieces.
