- 4 small Sugar Pumpkins (seeded)
- 2 cups Applesauce
- ½ tsp Cinnamon (ground)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Preheat oven to 325 °F (165 °C).
- Grease a medium baking dish lightly.
- Combine together applesauce, cinnamon, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Spoon ½ cup of the mixture into each pumpkin.
- Place the pumpkins in the baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes till the pumpkins turn tender.
