- 1 small Cabbage (finely chopped)
- 2 cup Gram Flour
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1 bunch Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
- ¼ tsp Asafoetida
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- Mix all the ingredients with enough water to make a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Drop the batter with spoon into the oil.
- Fry till golden in color.
- Serve hot with tea.
