- 1 Pre-prepared Pie Crust
- 2-1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 3 Cup Mango Pulp
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Cream
- 1 tbsp Chopped Crystallized Ginger
- 1 tsp Fat Free Milk
- 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
- Mix mango pulp, cream, cornstarch and sugar in a large bowl with the help of a blender.
- Pour the mixture in the pie crust.
- Brush the top with milk and mix together sugar and ginger to sprinkle it evenly on the top.
- Refrigerate for 4 hrs and serve chilled.
