- 500 g Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Red Chilies (coarsely grounded)
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Mango Powder (dried)
- Oil for frying
- Peel the potatoes and cut in thin round shapes.
- Fry them in oil until golden.
- Drain the excess oil.
- Flatten the potato chips and mix all the other ingredients to it.
- Serve with tea.
