- 1 1/2 tsp Butter
- 2 cups Almonds
- 1 1/2 tsp brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh Rosemary (finely snipped)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper (ground)
- Spread almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet. Microwave it high for 10 minutes.
- In the saucepan melt butter. After removing from heat, stir in rosemary, sugar, salt and red pepper. Add almonds to the mixture and toss to coat. Cool slightly before serving.
