Sweet Potato Chutney
- 1 large Sweet Potato (boiled and peeled)
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1/2 inch piece Ginger
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Jaggery (Gur)
- 2 tsp Tamarind Pulp
- 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- In a mortar, pound the green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds, salt and boiled sweet potato.
- Add a little water, jaggery and tamarind pulp to it and pound again till it achieves chutney like consistency.
- Serve garnished with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
