- 2 Red Chillies
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 pinch Turmeric
- 1/2 cup Roasted Gram Dal
- 6-7 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Saunf
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oil
- 2 cups Cabbage (finely grated)
- In a mixer, grind all the ingredients (except cabbage and onion); set it aside.
- Heat a pan and add oil, cabbage and onion; add little water.
- Boil it till the water is reduced.
- Now remove it from fire.
- Sprinkle the prepared mixture; stir it well.
- Serve it with steamed brown rice.
