Potato Salad Sandwich

- 1/3 Cup prepared potato salad
- 2 Leaves of lettuce
- 1-1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 Slices tomato
- 1 Hamburger bun
- Open bun and layer each side with 1 1/2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- Place tomato slices and lettuce leaves on bottom half of bun.
- Layer potato salad onto tomato, and spread toward the ends of bun. Then cover with top of bun.
