- 3 Bananas, peeled and chopped
- 1 Cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 Wedge lemon
- 1/2 Cup shredded coconut
- Stir-fry coconut in a pan.
- Pour a little lemon juice over bananas (to keep it from browning).
- Smear bananas with yogurt (vanilla) and top with toasted coconut. Serve.
