|Calories Per Serving:
- 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 4 Apricots (fresh or canned & drained)
- 4 slices mild Cheddar Cheese
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- Butter one side of the bread slices. Cut the slices in half.
- Carefully arrange 2 halves of apricots on each slice of bread with the cut side down.
- Top the slices with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake the slices for 5 to 10 minutes till the cheese has melted.
