- 6 Potatoes
- Salt to taste
- 6 Green Chilies
- 1 piece Ginger
- Bring the potatoes to boil in a vessel. Once boiled, peel off the skin and smash them thoroughly.
- Add salt, ginger paste and green chilies and make a good mixture of all and then make small balls of the mixture in oval shape.
- Take bread slices, dip it in water and remove. Remove excess water from bread by pressing it by your palm. Take the potato ball on the bread slice and press it in a way that it covers the whole bread.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the slice of bread covered with potato ball in it. Similarly continue the process with the other potato balls and bread slices.
