- 1 pound fresh Pork Sausage (ground)
- 1 tbsp Red Pepper (crushed)
- 1 ½ tbsp Cumin (ground)
- 3 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Mix the pork sausage, red pepper, cumin, garlic and salt thoroughly.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Fry the patties over medium heat.
