|Calories Per Serving:
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 bone-in Pork Chops
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 cup Apricot Jam
- 1 cup Salad Dressing
- 1 oz dry Onion Soup Mix
- 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
- Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the chops. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chops until browned for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl take the salad dressing, apricot jam, onion soup mix and garlic and stir together to mix.
- Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and place the chops in it. Pour the apricot mixture over the chops.
- Bake the chops in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes.
