- 3 Large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- Dash red hot pepper
- Dash basil
- 1 tsp Salt
- Dash black pepper
- Dash dried parsley
- 3/4 Cup water
- 1 Cup white vinegar
- Except cucumbers mix all ingredients and heat till sugar melts. Pour over cucumbers.
- In an airtight container; store well.
- Cucumber salad can be taken at any time.
