- 1 Head of lettuce, broken in pieces
- 1 lb Lean ground beef, fried and cooled
- 1 lb Grated cheddar cheese
- 1 Diced onion
- 2 Diced tomatoes
- 1 Can drained light red kidney beans
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and stir.
- Chill it, when ready to serve add crumbled corn chips.
