- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 225 g Icing Sugar
- 3-5 tbsp Brandy/Cognac
- Whisk butter in a baking bowl until soft & smooth.
- Add icing sugar to it and blend again until mixed properly.
- Pour brandy/cognac to taste & mix well. The amount of brandy/cognac should be appropriate, else the taste of the mixture may turn sour. If it happens, then add more icing sugar to it.
- Serve with mince pies and christmas pudding in a serving dish or refrigerate until required.
